Virtual/In Studio class schedule:

All the Mat classes are virtual classes. 

The Reformer classes are held in the studio. 

If you have never been on a Pilates apparatus you must do a few private sessions before joining a class

Monday

9 - 9:55am  Pilates Circle Mat class  Renée (Virtual)

You only need your Mat and a Pilates Circle for this Mat workout. This class includes fun variations with the Pilates Circle to give you an extra challenge on exercises that you already know.


10:00 - 10:55am Level 1/2 Pilates Class  Tracy (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.


5:30 - 6:25pm  Pilates Mat/Cross fit (legs and buns)  Renée (Virtual)

Pilates Mat routine with a bit of Cross Fit to challenge your body in a different way. We are really going to target the legs, thighs, and buns in this class. 


Tuesday

9 - 9:55am  Level ½ Pilates Mat class  Amanda  (Virtual)

This class is a Level 1 Pilates Mat series with a few Level 2 exercises added in to challenge you in different ways.


1 - 1:55pm  Level 1/2 Reformer class Amanda  (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique. 


Wednesday

10 - 10:55am   Level 1/2 Reformer class   Amanda  (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique. 


5:30 - 6:25pm  Pilates Mat/Cross fit (Upper Body and Waist)  Renée (Virtual)

Pilates Mat routine with a bit of Cross Fit to challenge your body in a different way. We are really going to target the upper body and waist in this class. 


Thursday

9 - 9:55am  Level ½ Pilates Mat class  Tracy (Virtual)

This class is a Level 1 Pilates Mat series with a few Level 2 exercises added in to challenge you in different ways.


12 - 12:55pm  Level 1/2 Reformer class  Tracy (In Studio)

9 - 9:55am  Machines & the Mat Pilates Level 2  Renée (Virtual)

Machines and the Mat Class incorporates both techniques and movements based on Reformer, Tower, Chair and the mat. Class is Level 2. Cautions for those with back issues. Use of an exercise tube, band or light weights is encouraged for full intensity. Exercises change weekly.


10 - 10:55am  Deep Stretch Full Body

Renée  (Virtual)

Stretching may not be the most exciting part of working out, but doing flexibility work is just as important for a well-rounded fitness routine as strength and cardio work. Incorporating some stretching exercises into your workout schedule will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately, make your workouts more efficient and safe.
